Why Its the MOST POPULAR 5K Running App
--------------------------------------
IRONMAN LISTENS TO HIS OWN MUSIC"
"Not only did this app give me audio alerts telling me when I should run or walk, but I was able to listen to my own music from my iPod list instead of some other persons preference of motivational music."
– Matthew Murphy
Completed first 5k by week 7 (in 0:27:37). Has since done Ironman!

GREAT-GREAT-GRANDDAUGHTER OF EMILY POST NOW RUNS
"I have NEVER been a distance runner – hated running warm ups in high school, was always the last one done, huffing and puffing the whole way. While I had heard of interval programs, I had never tried one or thought I could do it... until I found your app. It has been the missing piece that allowed me to break my weight loss plateau."
– Lizzy Post

FROM 365 POUNDS TO RUNNING THE 5K... IN 6 MONTHS
"In February of 2011, I weighed 365 pounds. I decided it was time to change. I began to look at programs to help beginning runners. I was convinced that this app from Bluefin Software was the best choice. On July 4th, I ran a 5K! If youre thinking about starting to run, I can tell you - without hesitation - that app from Bluefin is the best start."
– Mark D Rucker
Completed 5K and 10k. Signed up for half-marathon on Oct 23, 2011!

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Pros and cons of Ease into 5K: run walk interval training program app for iPhone and iPad

Ease into 5K: run walk interval training program app good for

Love this app, a great progression keeps me motivated. Plays your own music. Thanks!
Love it! It keeps me motivated, listening to my music, and doubles as a great exercise "journal"
Great app, easy to use. The in-app GPS is a fantastic add-on. All you have to do is follow the audio instructions - it does everything else for you.
Seriously? Trying to find a fault with this program is more work than the actual running. Perfect.
A friend asked me to run in a marathon with her to do a relay and I said yes! I have not ever done a relay before so I needed to start running which I dont do either. Well with this app I have been able to do what I never thought I could do. Thank you!! I hope to do the 10k next!
A month ago I was so out of shape I could barely jog at all. I was very discouraged and knew that I wanted to be healthier but didnt know where to start. This program is really helping me. It progresses at a slow and do able pace. I was encouraged because I saw improvement almost immediately. It is also easy to fit into my busy schedule.

Some bad moments

I loved the app. But I restarted my training recently and realised it doesnt work with spotify. Now I have to find another.
This app used to work really well. Now the last 10 times Ive used it, it only gives me the run/walk notifications when it feels like it. It screws up my run having to stop and restart all the time because it doesnt tell me when to run or walk like its supposed to.
I used to really like this app, and totally credit it for getting me back to the point of running 5ks. I eventually moved on to another app by a famous running coach because I wanted a systematic way to improve, but yesterday came back to use this app because I just wanted to run a simple 5k training run and I used to like how clean and easy the app was. But now theres a permanent button advertising their stretch app - I already have a better stretch app, I dont need to constantly see that button. And after my workout, I uploaded it to Facebook but made some mistakes in my notes, so I deleted the post and went back to share it again. This stupid app wouldnt let me! It kept telling me I had already shared that workout. Well no shirt Sherlock, I know I already shared it, but maybe let ME decide if I want to share it again. So now Ive lost one record of that day, and cant get it back, because this dumb app thinks its smarter than I am and knows what I want. Im just going to delete it because now its completely superfluous since I have a better app anyway.
This app used to work well 2yrs ago. Now GPS tracks map, but does not give feedback on distance or pace. Tech support only recommends resetting phone, which I did but problem persists. Going w Nike app. Shame, really, I liked this one.
The first time I downloaded this app, it was totally free. I deleted it and downloaded it again and now they want me to pay a subscription! Not cool.
App used to be great but now cannot change music while workout is going...stops & makes you restart then doesnt pick up tracking mileage & even freezes up. Not easy to use while running at all! Hoping for a fix soon! Using iPhone 6 w/ ios8.02
