The best ever

A very nice tool to help beginners like me.

I liked until I started using spotify

I loved the app. But I restarted my training recently and realised it doesnt work with spotify. Now I have to find another.

Great App

A friend asked me to run in a marathon with her to do a relay and I said yes! I have not ever done a relay before so I needed to start running which I dont do either. Well with this app I have been able to do what I never thought I could do. Thank you!! I hope to do the 10k next!

Love it!!!

A month ago I was so out of shape I could barely jog at all. I was very discouraged and knew that I wanted to be healthier but didnt know where to start. This program is really helping me. It progresses at a slow and do able pace. I was encouraged because I saw improvement almost immediately. It is also easy to fit into my busy schedule.

Great app, but not targeted to treadmill runners

This App is great because not only is it so easy to use, it makes it ok to start off slow... But not so slow that you feel like its lame. Because it helps you know when to switch between walking and running, its a bit challenging for treadmill runners because you are constantly adjusting your speed. One bug id like to see fixed: It often announces i should be running after pausing to adjust my treadmill speed in a walk cycle. Still, full stars for this great app.

I love the app however since i installed iOS 6 it keeps crashing... Pretty much every time i want to use it. Very disappointing!

Love this app!

I have tried different running programs for over 20 years but this is the one that has made me a runner. The intervals that gradually increase are perfect for building your endurance. I love that it uses my running playlist but tells me what I need to do like a personal trainer. The journal is fun to look back on too, to see my progress. Now I am at the 45 min runs, I am working on increasing my pace.

Great for non runners

I have wanted to run my whole life... I just could not do it. My daughter told me about this APP and i love it. I am losing weight and i feel amazing. I have no issues with app crashing.

Reasonable program

I have used the program twice to regain my endurance without injury after both my pregnancies and have completed three 5k races in the process.
