I have tried different running programs for over 20 years but this is the one that has made me a runner. The intervals that gradually increase are perfect for building your endurance. I love that it uses my running playlist but tells me what I need to do like a personal trainer. The journal is fun to look back on too, to see my progress. Now I am at the 45 min runs, I am working on increasing my pace.
